- FSC CERTIFIED LUMBER: Through negotiations with our suppliers we will soon be able to build homes with 100% FSC certified board and sheet stock. This material is independently verified to be harvested in an environmentally responsible, socially beneficial, and economically viable way.

- FLY ASH CONCRETE: The production of cement accounts for nearly 8% of global CO2 emissions. Easily half the cement in a standard concrete mix can be replaced with fly ash, a by-product of coal fired energy production. Through forward planning and close communication with our suppliers and associates we will be able to exclusively use a 50% fly ash mix.
- MAINTENANCE PROGRAM: Houses and their requisite systems are only becoming more complex. The mismanagement or neglect of a homes vital systems can lead to startling amounts of energy loss and/or waste over time. We will soon be able to provide our clients with written, specific, short term and long maintenance schedules that maximize their homes energy efficiency and longevity.
